For existing NBK IBG customers registered for Online Banking, logging in to the mobile banking app is seamless using the same credentials after pairing the device with the online profile. Once logged in, users can enjoy features such as checking account balances, transferring funds locally and internationally, viewing FX rates, sending/receiving messages to/from the bank, and more.
Customers can also benefit from features like viewing credit card transactions, instant settlement, and utilizing fingerprint security. The app also provides access to essential information for non-customers including contact details, branch/ATM locators, product offerings with application options, service terms & conditions, and links to the bank's social media pages.
